Lubricant Concentrate SA 5002

SA 5002 is a polyethylene based lubricant concentrate which can be blended with polyethylene to reduce friction, improve wear, enhance mar & abrasion resistance, and extend the useful life and duty cycle of products which are subject to friction. Has minimal effect on post decoration including hot-stamping, pad printing and silk-screening.

Processing of ethylene based materials is also improved when using as little as 0.1 to 1.0 percent of lubricant SA 5002 is added. Some of the typical benefits experienced are increased flow, improved mold filling, lowered extruder torque, internal lubrication, better mold release, faster cycle times, and reduced warpage.
