Sekur Foam is a new line of nucleating and foaming agents designed for applications where cost effectiveness is critical. Sekur foam™ is produced using a unique manufacturing process which provides a fully buffered, variable activity level, and easily dosed pellets that utilize impact modifiers and incorporate a special carrier resin. This new process provides us with the ability of producing the same quality products that meets Reedy International's high standards, at an attractive price.

Sekur Foam™ foaming agents work by endothermic decomposition- releasing gas under process temperatures to produce microcellular foam in molded or extruded parts. It is available in a wide variety of powders and concentrates, and is efficient and economical. Sekur Foam® can be used in an extensive range of applications. Currently being applied in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, appliance, toy and structural material industries, Sekur Foam™ reduces internal stress and eliminates warpage and cooling sink marks.  Sekur Foam® is also used to achieve significant weight reduction without loss of physical properties and to enhance acoustic and thermal insulation properties.

Produced under food ingredient conditions with the highest levels of quality control, Sekur Foam® is inherently safe to use and all components are Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) as prior sanctioned by the Federal Food and Drug Administration.
